Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to all locations within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (2-8 business days, depending on your location)
  • Express Shipping (2-4 business days, available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Please note: Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: included free with your order!
  • Express Shipping: Starts from $15.00 (depending on the size and weight of your order)

You will be able to see the shipping cost before completing your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40.00 within Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays
